Celina Ellis is Midtown Endodontics' office manager and front desk personnel. After high school, Celina spent three years in the United States Army, working as a Communication Specialist. Celina attributes her military experience and work history to her positive, result- oriented work ethic and professional, pleasant demeanor. Celina has had extensive work experience in the dental industry. Prior to joining Midtown Endodontics, Celina worked for 13 years as a dental administrative assistant and office manager. Celina is proficient in all tasks needed and required for managing the front desk and a successful dental office. She is at the forefront of establishing a productive and comfortable relationship with future and returning patients. From the moment a patient walks through our doors, Celina is always willing to give a warm welcome and ensures that each patients’ information has been received and reviewed prior to each procedure.  She is skilled in office management, records management, general Insurance/ ADA codes, policies and procedures, as well as team building and supervision. Celina is competent in handling busy phone systems with a professional and courteous manner, scheduling and confirming patient appointments (phone /email),  submitting insurance claims and pre-authorizations (electronic/paper), in addition to addressing and attending to any  needs or concerns of doctors, staff members and patients.  Celina’s tremendous skill and welcoming persona is what makes her a very important staff  member of Midtown Endodontics when it comes to exceptional patient care.

Melissa Arias acquired her skills and training at the New York School for Medical and Dental Assistants. This is where she received her dental assistant and CPR certification. Melissa is fluent in both English and Spanish, and is a skilled member in Four-Handed Chair side Assisting, Sterilization Procedures, Infection Control, Oral Hygiene and Digital X-ray imaging. To ensure quality care, Melissa greets all patients with a warm smile and friendly introduction. Although Melissa assists the doctors throughout the entire procedure, she is responsible for assisting the patient as well. Prior to the procedure, Melissa confirms the confidential medical history of each patient, as well as creating a relaxing environment for the patient with the use of jazz, spa, or classical music. Once the procedure is completed, Melissa is responsible for informing each patient of all post- operative instructions.  Along with every member of Midtown Endodontics' staff, Melissa cares about the health and well-being of our patients, and works hard to ensure comfort prior to, in the midst of, and  post procedure.
